What are the bumper stickers about?

The TCA has proposed a toll road to cut through San Clemente. We need to raise awareness in our city and neighboring cities to prevent this toll road from being built. As it stands, they are looking to extend the 241 toll road and bisect San Clemente ruining ocean views and spoiling our clean air for thousands of people.
